Changes in Ballad Concert v1: selected natural tuning, flattened SFZ macros,
changed release/noise levels and retrigger limits, added a host velocity curve,
warm EQ and algorithmic stereo reverb. Audio sample files are unchanged.
This pack uses Yamaha C5 samples; it is not a Yamaha CFX sample library.
App integration changes: relocated the SFZ sample path; added adjustable wet
reverb, offline freewheeling, a preloaded-sample guard and CC66/CC67 routing
to the copied wrapper. Added sostenuto and soft-pedal velocity/filter modeling.
